However, it's important to note that in order to work with me, you'll need to purchase your domain and have a subscription to your host platform for website management – these are essential components. Additionally, you may incur additional costs related to website assets such as branding photos, copywriting, and licensing for any specific fonts you may wish to use for your branding. But don't stress about any of this! I'll be there every step of the way to support you in managing these tasks and ensuring a smooth process.

My payment structure is designed to provide flexibility and support for your investment in your website. After applying for my services, you'll have the option to pay in full or sign up for short-term payment plans. While a portion of the payment is expected prior to the completion of the project, I understand that a website is a significant investment. That's why I encourage open communication – if you have specific needs or concerns regarding payments, just let me know. Together, we'll find a solution that works best for you.

Absolutely! I offer training videos to support you following every web design package purchase while also providing you with several other helpful resources. If website management is something you have been struggling with, I also offer a 1:1 Support and Training session as a standalone service for Showit, Squarespace, and Shopify website users. 

After the initial design and offboarding, you can apply for or add on my 'beyond web design' services at any time, including website care, quarterly check-ins, SEO, and more. You'll receive training to manage your site independently, but ongoing support will be minimal unless you opt for these services. For major updates, just reach out to re-engage my services. I’m here to support you and ensure your website continues working for you and your business—without the headache.
